GoodRx, a consumer drug pricing and digital health company, said Thursday it was selling its backend virtual technology to Wheel Health, a virtual health platform and provider network, for $19.5 million in cash. The sale is expected to close by month’s end, according to a federal disclosure. GoodRx will continue to provide its customers with access to telehealth services via its platform using Wheel’s technology and staffing services through a licensing agreement. The sale will close at the end of this month.

The service is currently available in nearly 13,000 inpatient beds. This is an expansion of Get Well’s relationship with the VA, which dates back to 2010.
